Day 8–30

Learn the room

Attend your first meetings, deliver your first 60-second pitches, and complete one-on-ones with at least five members. Your mentor walks you through the referral etiquette.

Day 31–60

Find your power team

Identify the complementary businesses around your category and form or join a power team. Pass your first referrals — givers get noticed fast.

Day 61–90

Build the rhythm

By now you have a weekly pitch routine, a one-on-one cadence, and your first received referrals. Your mentor signs off the 90-day checklist and you're a full member of the chapter.
